Therapy for ALL
The Therapy for ALL (TFA) program is URCC’s initiative to make high-quality mental health and case management services accessible to San Diego County's historically marginalized communities. By providing no-cost or low-cost mental health support, TFA ensures that individuals who have been underserved or overlooked have a safe, supportive space to work through life’s challenges. Through the TFA program, clients can connect with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mental health providers who bring a culturally competent approach to their care, helping to reduce stigma and elevate the value placed on mental health within communities.
Our TFA program is designed to remove barriers that often prevent access to mental health services. To qualify for TFA, participants must meet at least one of the following criteria: be uninsured or underinsured, undocumented, a student, unable to find a therapist of color through their insurance provider, or have insurance not accepted by URCC. We are committed to creating an intergenerational legacy of healing by bridging gaps in mental health care, supporting individuals, and empowering families to embrace wellness for generations to come.
