Right Program
Our RIGHT Program provides an inclusive training platform for unlicensed BIPOC clinicians, equipping them with essential skills to thrive in the mental health field. Key program highlights include:
- Comprehensive Clinical Training tailored to address the mental health needs of BIPOC communities.
- Business Development and Real-World Experience to support professional growth.
- Reset InterGenerational Healing Training focused on healing trauma within communities of color.
- University Partnerships with leading institutions like Touro, Cal State San Marcos, SDSU, Pepperdine, Northwestern, and USD to expand educational and career opportunities.
Since 2019, the RIGHT Program has trained 90 students, including 71 Master’s level and 19 Bachelor’s level clinicians, with 78% identifying as BIPOC. Among our graduates, 8 have met licensing requirements, and 5 have taken steps to become California BBS-registered Associate Clinicians, furthering our commitment to increasing representation in mental health fields.
